Our office is located at 601 N Belair Square, Unit 22, Evans, GA 30809. We also offer telehealth sessions per request.

How does Mentaya and sending superbills to insurance work?
We've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

Mentaya is perfect if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!

Here's how it works:
1. Ask your therapist to send an invitation email to you
2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.
3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
4. You get reimbursed by insurance! (or will go towards your deductible if you haven't met it yet)

Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required,
dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.

It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
At Holly Counseling, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client in need of our services. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be discussed with you upon booking your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best care possible to all our clients.
What insurance do you accept?
Lauren is the only provider who accepts insurance at this time. Lauren accepts Aetna, & UHC.

Sage, Ashlyn, Caila, and Kristen are out-of network providers. We can help set you up through Mentaya for potential insurance reimbursement.
Do you offer phone or video sessions?
Yes! Please let us know what your preference is for session format.
Do you prescribe medications?
No, but we are happy to refer you to providers who are able to offer medication-management services.
