Paulette andre

(she/her/hers)

Master's-Level Internship Student

Hello, my name is Paulette and I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MA) student at Liberty University. I have the awesome pleasure of completing my practicum and internship at Holly Counseling. I am still pinpointing my specialization but am interested in growing in individual therapy working with various ages and concerns to include anxiety, life changes, relationship issues, and more.

My approach to counseling is a blend of Cognitive-behavioral therapy with doses of person-centered, and solution focused, therapies. I believe in creating a space where every person can be themselves while feeling safe, un-judged and respected. I am originally from Brooklyn, NY, so there is little that can surprise me. I am funny and honest and ready to be a part of your support system.

In my spare time (does that even exist?), I am a mom to my two beautiful kids and a wife to my wonderful husband. I love to spend time with my family, cook, watch crime shows, and listen to my books on Audible.

If you are interested in working with me as I strengthen and solidify my counseling abilities, I would be honored to support you on your journey towards positive well-being and mental health.

SESSION RATES:
-Intake Assessments: $75

-Individual Sessions: $50/hr

*Please note, Paulette is self-pay and is not accepting insurance at this time.

Paulette's availability is Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am-6PM (all sessions are in-person).

Jeremy Laffoday

(he/him/his)

Master's-Level Internship Student

Hey yall,
I’m Jeremy. I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Marshall University. I’ll be
graduating in May 2026! I am so excited to continue my internship with the great staff at Holly
Counseling. I currently have in-person and telehealth availability for anyone who lives in South
Carolina and Georgia.

Sessions with me are relaxed and at your pace. My clients have said that my approach
to counseling is honest, straight forward, and helpful. In sessions with me, feel free to kick your
shoes off, lay on the couch, grab a fidget toy, and let's start to unpack the boxes that you have
been putting off for later. My language in sessions is relaxed, curious, and funny. I use humor
and analogies to relate what you are experiencing into easier digestible terms or phrases.

Everyone is welcome here.

If you are facing any of the following, I can help:

  • Life Changes

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • ADHD

  • Anger

  • Stress

  • Problems at Work or Career

  • Relationship Issues

  • Direction and Purpose

  • Men’s Mental Health

A message for everyone,

You are important. You matter. You are worthy of happiness. Think of my approach as
someone who can help you clean out the garage that is full of boxes from 20 years ago.

For the fellas,

I understand that there is not a lot of help for men. I understand that there is a stigma
surrounding men getting therapy. I understand the struggle and pressure that you are facing.
Hear me when I say, you are not alone. I can help. I came into counseling to help break the
stigma surrounding men’s mental health. This is my passion.

Couples,

You don’t have to be at the point of splitting up to come see me. I can help with
communication, understanding, direction, difficult decisions or continuing arguments. If you are at the point of continuing anger, disagreements, or continuous bickering, come see me and we can discuss how to (hopefully) fix it. Obviously, nothing is guaranteed, but it doesn’t hurt to try.

Need Extra Time?

I am happy to announce that I am now offering intensive sessions. What does that
mean? If you have a lot to discuss and know that an hour won’t cut it, no worries, intensive
sessions are between 80-90 mins long to give us extra time to air it all out there and work
through it.

If you read all of this, and thought to yourself, “Hey, I kinda like this guy,” shoot me an
email and let's set up
a free 15 minute (no pressure) phone consultation, to make sure we
are the right fit.

My email is laffoday@hollycounseling.net (or click the button below the pricing)

**Disclaimer: I am an intern student and I am unable to accept insurance. To avoid the
headache of insurance (that is becoming more insane each day), I am self-pay.

Planning Your Care:
Individual Sessions (50-60 mins): $100
Individual Intensive Sessions (80-90 mins): $150
Couples Sessions (50-60 mins): $150
Couples Intensive Sessions (80-90 mins): $225
Intake Sessions (required for every new client) (80-90 mins): $175

Stephen fields

(he/him/his)

Master's-Level Internship Student

Hello! My name is Stephen Fields and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MEd) student at Augusta University. I have the amazing privilege to complete my internship with Holly Counseling and all of its wonderful practitioners. As an intern, I am exposed to a plethora of models and therapeutic perspectives that have helped me form a more cohesive identity for myself as a counselor.

My goals to be a family therapist have helped me identify ways to assist children of any age and their caregivers work through the stages of adolescence into adulthood. I am currently working on specializing in Child-Centered Play Therapy under Caila Lene, LPC, to focus on evidence-based
developmentally appropriate therapy for children ages 3-10. For adults, my work mainly focuses on Couples and Family concerns using the Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) model. I believe we are biologically programed to seek
relationships of all kinds. This more often than not is the cause of distress in life, so understanding our relationships will help lead to self-actualization. No matter where you are in your journey with someone else or with yourself, we can help you achieve the version of you (Or your family unit) that you wish to be.

I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and have lived in Augusta since 2018. My wife and I recently welcomed our first son into the world, so those bags you see under my eyes aren’t your fault! In my spare time I love to read science fiction and fantasy stories, run various Dungeons and Dragons campaigns, and twice a month I get to roll on some missions in Corvus Belli’s Infinity.

If you or someone you know is struggling with their work or relationships with others (whatever the age!), I’m here to help you and your family move towards harmony and resilience.

SESSION RATES:

  • -Stephen is currently seeing clients pro-bono for adults, couples, and family therapy.

  • For play therapy, please contact Caila Lene (here) regarding session rates.

AVAILABILITY:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays both remote and in person from 10AM-3PM

I can't wait to work with you. You can contact me via email or phone and we can get started!
